Just as the seasons shift, so too does the business climate for interior designers. In today’s “winter” moment, a slowdown can feel daunting—but it also creates fertile ground for reinvention and future growth.
This conversation brings together industry veterans Melissa Mittag and Joseph Aldrich, along with business coach Traci Connell and interior designer Allison Mattison, to share how to turn quiet seasons into powerful opportunities. Attendees will uncover strategies for building brand recognition that endures across market cycles, discover tools and systems that streamline operations without sacrificing creativity, and learn how thoughtful partnerships—with vendors, artisans, contractors, and peers—can expand reach and resilience.
